Siro
Siro is a table lamp composed of a hemisphere and a disc. Light is directed inward, so the lamp gives indirect light and creates a soft atmosphere. Seen from the front, Siro appears to consist of two flat shapes in balance. A large diameter is combined with a minimal depth, which is made possible by LED technology. The base is matt black, and the lens shaped reflector is aluminium with a satin bronze or satin gold finish, painted white inside. Components are made by die casting. The lamp is offered in two sizes, and the light can be adjusted with a dimmer.
Siro Lamp by Marta Perla has been selected as a grand illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Awards. Siro Lamp received the Silver A' Design Award in Lighting Products and Fixtures Design in 2021. The A' Lighting Products and Fixtures Design Award is an international, meritocratic, just and fair design recognition program that celebrates outstanding design of chandeliers, pendant lights, wall sconces, table lamps, floor lamps, outdoor lights, recessed lights, track lights and more.
