PlouNuvol

PlouNuvol is an interactive light installation shaped as a large inflatable cloud. Visitors enter the cloud and take part in a light and sound show. A conductor teaches a simple choreography that turns the body into a percussion instrument. The sounds recall the phases of rain and trigger light effects inside the cloud. Artificial fog and ten tons of salt on the floor reflect the colors of the walls. The outer skin is made of flame retardant polyester with a PVC coating, so the show is also visible from outside.

Aggregate

Aggregate is a collection of three floor lamps made from recycled and discarded materials. Each lamp is built on a welded skeleton formed from discarded steel scraps. The concrete mixture is worked like clay rather than cast in a mould, so each lamp has its own texture and silhouette. LED tube bulbs supply the light, and a step switch at the base turns each lamp on and off. The collection aims to give urban waste a new use.
